Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union members at the Montreal Petro-Canada refinery have ratified a new collective agreement, ending a lockout that begin 13 months ago.

CEP President Dave Coles has written the Canadian Labour Congress requesting that the CLC and its affiliates end the boycott campaign against Petro Canada.
