Standard Aero Workers
October 1, 2012
Welcome to the organizing campaign page for Standard Aero employees.
Each year, thousands of workers realize the benefits of joining a union as a means to improving their working conditions. The advantage to joining a union is clear. Having the ability to collectively negotiate the terms and conditions of employment with your employer is a pathway to greater fairness at work. This is a fundamental right for all workers and unions provide this benefit.

This site is devoted to Standard Aero employees, providing them access to all the facts they need to know about union representation. This site also provides information about the CAW (one of the largest unions in Canada representing aerospace workers) and what benefits are available to workers when they join.
