A pre-election forum focused on The Future of Jobs in Ontario will be held Monday, September 12 at the North York Civic Centre in Toronto.

The Good Jobs for All Coalition is sponsoring the forum and electronic townhall with live video streaming.

It will look at issues such as precarious jobs, fair wages, safety at work, equity and justice, the health benefits of good jobs as well as job creation. A key focus will be on the importance of more good jobs instead of precarious and temporary work that widens inequality.

The forum will feature experiences from workers as well as questions from participants to the three major political parties in Ontario.

The event is scheduled for Monday, September 12 in the Council Chambers at the North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge Street in Toronto near Sheppard Ave. All are encouraged to attend.

If you can't go you can still participate through the electronic town hall, but you must first sign up at http://www.facebook.com/FutureofJobs

In addition you can join the discussion about the Future of Jobs Forum at http://www.facebook.com/FutureofJobs
